UKNY Music worked with American Express and Mark Ronson to launch the biggest interactive campaign of its time. The aim of the campaign was to capture the UK’s best music experiences and the memorable stories behind the shows.
The interactive campaign called ‘My Live Story’ was hosted at www.channel4.com/mylivestory, and encouraged consumers to celebrate their most memorable live music moments by submitting photos or videos of their favourite gig online. Twenty-one winners had their experiences turned into a short firm, which was aired on national TV.
UKNY was involved every step of the way organising for the short film to be created by a unique collaboration between director Toby Dye, of Ridley Scott Associates, and Ronson, who collaborated on the soundtrack. We also arranged for Mark to perform at an intimate red-carpet screening of the film’s premier at Abbey Road Studios, attended by the competition winners, card-members and American Express guests.
